We’re sure that you’ve learned a lot and gained perspective after watching Nutty Video.
Of course, there’s so much more information “out there” on living with nut allergies. How do you get through it all? Which ones are valuable?

I just wanted to say good job on the Nutty Video. I’ve lived with my peanut allergy for 28 years and it’s definitely the one aspect of my life I’m not thrilled about. I think the hardest lesson I had to learn, and the one that needs to be taught most to young children is advocating for yourself. Kids need to be confident to ask at restaurants and friend’s houses if any nuts/peanuts were used in preparing the food. In my experience, most people think of an allergy as a runny nose or a minor annoyance, not something life threatening.
